There are many choices and decisions associated with the end of life. There are personal choices, legal considerations and options that differ based on location and desired wishes. Reviewing what they are and documenting your wishes can help give you peace of mind, as well as support care givers.

    • Explore what is possible based on location

    • Outline what rituals want to include

    • List next steps and who to inform
